What would happen if four families each contributed one member to create a new family? In this episode of, the swap family is having a Halloween party even though theres a murderer on the loose. Chloe Temple and her swap daddy Will Pounder find some space to make out. Chloe mentions being scared and that its a weird coincidence her swap brother Joshua Lewis is gone every time someone gets offed.
